Revenge of the Clip (2nd Place at Magic Mad House SC)

After last week's exciting adventures with Ankusa, I returned to planet sensible and put paperclip back in the smoke list

I also added Switchblade which with growing popularity of Skorpios was great as breaking Archer for 2 stealth credits is something I enjoy doing

Thanks to Catherine for making me laugh by reminding me about tempo for 3 turns in a casual game after I installed ProCo

The only changes I would look are the drop the current, it is there for Scarcity of Resources, but seeing as the person who I saw play it on Saturday was myself I may drop this for another Ghost Runner and maybe another Net Mercur
