@thesenorcortez but AstroScript no longer is! So 3 on BN, 3 on GFI, 3 on SSCG, and 8 on Biotics = 17.

@ouroborosglyx 13 ice is less ice than I run in the old Fastrobiotics deck that this is a semi-serious attempt to preserve, and 3 PAD, 3 Hedge and 3 Sweeps is all I need in that, though admittedly I'm using Shipment from SanSan in there which makes low credit counts less problematic for scoring out, so you may be right about econ.
