[Startup] Big Turn PE RWR

I hosted a small Startup tournament this weekend, but I hadn´t gotten hold of my RWR cards yet. I made minimal modifications to an older Startup deck I had laying around, and managed to win both my Corp games with it.

PE gives cheeky wins, the first game I won on a Fuji steal + Puinitive (with the exakt number of credits to kill), the second game when the runner made a three card HQ access, hitting a Snare! and a Fuji.
