This is modified version of LARA deck by Cliquil. Played it at Polish Nationals, lost only one game with it. Works smoothly. The updates:
And with the updates, it works better for me. HHN enables another way for BOOM, back channels enable HHN.
Best play: mushin the Armed intimidation, and if runner doesnt check, leave it there for few turns, until you have boom in hand.

@Saan HHN proved really well. It enabled me to do two flatlines, and once it slowed runner a bit. I regret nothing :) |

Really glad you enjoyed the deck. I played Corporate Town for a while as well and I think its a good card to go back to. I think I persuaded myself I wanted to ensure I didn't need to sack something to get the Corporate Town to work - I have had a few games where the early scores are difficult, but I think mostly its a strong call. Did you get to use it much on the day? Border Control is interesting and one I might try someday. To be honest I just assumed if I was going to get Apocalypsed my ice couldn't stop it so I tried to play around it other ways. Did the Border Control earn its place with you on the day? I was never rich enough for HHN but I am glad it worked out for you; you might be better at econ than I am. I would be terrified with just 2 Booms! - you were braver than me there. How much HHN did you end up playing? And yeah there's nothing like Mushining an Armed intimidation, the runner not running - then looking relieved when it sits on the table. "Thank goodness," you see them say "It was a trap, and I dodged it. Fewf!" Back Channels is really interesting - I can see it working well with the HHN. I think I like leaving my traps on the board permanently just as "maybe THIS is the Armed Intimidation" once they do, as is so often, put together part of the game plan. But I think its a really nice use of it. Did you find the money useful for anything in particular? |

Hi Cliquil, its been some time since we played on jnet with /the creator/. Answering in order: 1. Corp town, proved useful, trashing critic, trashing economy. And forcing the runner to check my other remote servers (cause he didnt want to play MY game ;) 2. Border Control - only one in deck, I didnt even see it during Nats. Dunno if its worth it. Anyways, I'd like to keep it. 3. HHN - played it three times. Two times enabled me for flatline win, and once it slowed the runner down significantly. 4. Back channels - my fav addition. Without it, dunno if I'd be able to play HHN. Look @ur opponent when you increase adv. tokens to 5, and leave it there. Or play back channels immediately (suspecting netrunnerdb.com) |

In the version I played, I was using Neural over HHN, although I considered the HHN pretty heavily. I think there were a few points on the day where the HHN would have been a better choice.
