This deck is essentially a merger of ryanbantwins's Nisei Train Greenhouse deck and afishisborn's "No Siphons, Please" Tennin deck - using Tennin's ability to fuel Nisei trains.
After a lot of testing with the Greenhouse decks, I found that they often were inferior to Replicating Perfection, because (a) runners have developed a lot of tools for getting into servers without several gear checks and/or Caprice protecting them, which often makes the entire concept of rushing dodgy, and (b) since Greenhouse rush seems to have triumphed in the battle of the Biotech identities, most runners assume any unadvanced remote is worthy of scrutiny, so you don't actually gain much from sneakiness, and thus having the Greenhouse is largely pointless.
What's great about Tennin Institute is it often can pull off the same trick as The Greenhouse in letting you score a 4/2 unadvanced agenda in a single turn. But unlike The Greenhouse, it has a consistent benefit on the board in putting advancement tokens on Ice Walls (and "Ice Walls"), slowly increasing the cost of doing business for the runner.
Like the Nisei Train deck, this deck diverts from the usual 3/3/3 agenda mix thanks to Fast Track. Not only does that thin the point base out a bit, it means the Chronos Project is usually a dud for the runner to steal, because it only substantially increases their score if they get either zero or two TFPs (and if they're going to win the game with 0 TFPs, you had more trouble than just giving them the seventh point, since it means you probably got no Niseis). If your metagame is more Criminals/non-Clone-Chip Anarchs, I could see switching it for Genetic Resequencing instead.
The ice mix is a pretty standard RP-style mix, albeit with a few more pieces than usual (19), in part because the deck definitely wants Excalibur, which is a menace with both types of Nisei. Depending on where the metagame goes after Net-Ready Eyes comes out (specifically, how much Yog.0 comes back with a vengeance), it may deserve more tweaks. I'm also keeping my eye on the new piece of Jinteki ice which has been rumored in Breaker Bay. And also depending on the metagame (e.g. how much Headlock there is), you might want to cut a piece of ice for another money card.
