The concept here isn't new, just a different take on setting everyone up the bomb. You're carrying the maximum possible four 2/1 agendas because that's your win condition: Score a Breaking News, any other agenda, and then drop the bomb with 24/7 News Cycle targeting BN and whatever combination of explosives you have in HQ. This deck is just a first pass proof of concept, but the advantage is obvious as opposed to Midseasons decks: You do not require an economic advantage to fire your combo. Pack sand Kate!

That means that some higher cost ICE with better stopping power warrants consideration, but for this pass I focused mostly on the speed of NEH to get yourself in position to draw your combo, score your agendas, and end the game before the midgame gets rolling.
