Mercia B4LL4RD effectively utilized Star Power

It's just Nebula. Mercia put in work into Hermes and I'm a big fan of Kingmaking/Nano into reg runners and dive. Not sure about the Seb matchup - I got rolled over in the tournament there, but I played the opening really badly which contributes a lot to it.

This isn't the best deck ever, but it wins games straightforwardly and it asks some questions about where the agendas are and when to run that runners will get wrong a decent amount of the time. I'm enjoying it a lot.
