You don't need to make a remote just ice HQ and R&D heavily as appropriate, if the runner gets wise you are bad at scoring just make sure you can afford your combo and start IAA until you win or they run(hades shard first if you can).

You will need in HQ Accelerated Diagnostics x2 Jackson x2 Shipment from Mirrormorph Biotic labor Emergency shutdown no copies of Neural EMP 14 points of agendas in hand or scored

Assuming you need to go through 2 rounds of EMPs it will cost you 20 credits

Also what if you added Eff comm and reclaimation order to allow you to have even more EMP attempts?

x3r0h0ur, Thanks for clearing that up with power shutdown, I totally blanked on that. An earlier version had eff comm and reclamation order but it didn't add that much and this deck does a poor job scoring so I never got any use out of it.
