Mulligan for two ads and install them. Ideally a Turtlebacks early as well, but not necessary.
Try to install every turn. If runner ever gets to 0 creds they are going to be hurting.
Ad recursion with Ad Blitz/Preemptive Action is going to be a real headache for the runner. An early AR Enhanced Security will also put tag pressure on the runner to not trash things.
Popups over centrals is my usual course of action, but they can also bluff over assets worth protecting (ie Turtlebacks, Sansan). Tour Guide is a nice option if for some reason creds are low.
Heavy ice is for scoring, mostly tollbooth, but there are other $$$ options thrown in if needed). Fast advance is the name of the game. I've swapped out Hydra for a third TB as well
