Weyland Remoteless FA - Concept - Little Playtesting
This deck is all about advancing ICE and rezzing it for free. It should operate with very low money as nearly every card does cost literally nothing or 1. After the advancement tokens become useless on most of the ICE, you can transfer them over to Ice Wall.
I'm very interested to read about your own ideas for this decktype. Food for thought is always welcome.

I love the idea of this deck, although I don't know if advancable ICE has enough synergy with Fast Advance to work (at least not an entire deck of advancable ICE). Maybe I'm wrong (I'm definitely not an advanced A:NR player), but I think even with all of the advancing options added in Order and Chaos, your best bet is to go for a longer game than what FA is geared towards. Advancing ICE costs clicks that could better be used for other FA shenanigans. I think if I ran a deck like this I would take out the Hostile Takeovers and swap a Geothermal and a Project Ares for two more Gov Contracts. Losing Hostile Takeover does make your economy take a hit, but more Gov Contracts ensures that you can click for credits at a 2:4 rate vs a 1:1, and dilutes your agenda density so you can spend more time setting up with advanced ICE. Currently, 24.5% of your deck is agendas. The suggestion I made lowers that to 20.4%. Then you would have two more slots open for economy cards like Beanstalk or PAD. Also, as JawZ suggested, Builder would go with this deck well. Maybe free up some space for that? I don't think you need Archived Memories AND Jackson Howard unless the runners in your meta trash a lot of cards. Again, I'm no pro. These are just some possibly flawed thoughts I had while looking at it. It seems like a fun deck to play! |

Sorry for the late response, but thanks nonetheless for the input. I took some of your advice and I recognized that the agendas of Weyland are not perfectly suited for a remoteless FA plan. No problem though, because you can easily play the same deck idea with a remote plan, since the ICE is highly taxing. That's also the reason Wormhole is in the (themed) deck, it's just strong. New version is up and includes 3x Builder, 3x GLC for some money and deck cycling, as well as a slightly lower agenda density with 3-pointers and 1-pointers only (10 Agendas). I'm not convinced that this deck type can be Tier 1, because the early game is especially hard to manage, but we can try to get it to Tier 1.5 =) |
What do you use wormhole for besides just a tax. I am also wondering why are not using builder as well at least a 2 of so you can tax early or set up your space ice to activate. I also notice you lack a decent amount of economic presence. You need things like Beanstalk royalties and sometimes a commercialization can not hurt.
I love the idea as I have been playing Because we built it heavily for a while now so keep up the good work.
