[Startup] Tag & Tag

The R+ deck I took to the 2024 GLC startup CO. The idea was to flood the runner in tags and then score out behind starlit knight while the runner was too poor to break anything. Hypoxia is very effective in limiting the runner's ability to go fast--a runner with only 3 clicks remaining is a lot more scared of tags than a runner with 4, and has a much harder time clicking for credits to clear their pile of tags.

Overall I feel this is a strong list, but I might consider subbing something for another AMAZE. Also, artificial cryptocrash is a bad agenda. The deck already makes the runner so poor that cryptocrash is only effective if you were already going to lose the game.
