It banks on the premise that the Profiteering's cash will speed up agenda advancement to the extent it ill offset long-term BP gains for the Runner. Precog, Draco and Himitsu should, in theory, add a bit of control to the game.

Basically you understand how, when the breakers come out, you lose the game, so thats good. Win before that happens is clear to you. My latest edition has biotic labor as a 1 of. This helps get the astro train out of the station, and isn't THAT expensive, and is a timer for the game end with jackson recurring it. Maybe try out -1 precog -1 bako +1 biotic labor +1 rototurret?
