Trying out the current setup. On the fence about Manhunt, considering Targeted Marketing as well

Oh hey this is two degrees away from my deck
So Wall of Static probably doesn't do much here with all the AIs floating around, consider dropping them for resistor or wraparound.
You want 3 News Hounds. Seriously. If a current is on the table, they are literally the best ice in the game.
ELP, Housekeeping, Manhunt and cerebral static don't seem to do much. ELP because you don't really have a way to tax clicks, Housekeeping because you don't plan to kill the runner, Manhunt because you have like 1 tag punish, and Cerebral is too marginal to really be worth it. Housekeeping and Cerebral I guess you could make an argument for, but I'd toss at least the others to make space for Ash or Caprice or something.
Targeted Marketing is so good if you can get in the runner's head. I would suggest trying it out.
Oh and if you wanna go glacier try out Lag Time
