This is the PE Mwanza deck I've been playing for the last month. All props go to @realitycheque who made the original list, I just added the Stings.
I basically decided I wanted to play PE again, and this seemed like the only version that would be playable in the meta up here. It's gone 7-2 across a GNK and an SC now, as it somehow keeps winning.
