Generic hand size reduction deck to spoil most runner's day.

Was originally running Chairman Hiro but my good friend Mr_Console decided to reminding me I'm a retard and don't read cards properly (doesn't have to be installed to be worth 2 agenda points on trash). Swapped out for Bio Vault which probably fits better.

Fairly simple premise here:

1) Spiky ice goes on centrals to tax initial runs from ID ability (replanting helps) 2) Build a remote with 3+ Kakugo/Thimblerig/Himitsu-Bako, Valley Grid, and hopefully Bio Vault 3) Commence scoring 5/3s or roll MCA to 3 counters if it looks dicey

Crick on archives is good to recycle upgrades or econ.

Enforced curfew can be a good way to give the runner more restriction in held cards. Original plan was to reduce hand size so that you could naked score an Obokata Protocal but I'm not convinced that's possible.

Deck has been ok in testing, again Mr_Console decided to snipe agendas off R&D like a mofo though...
