Only difference is I swap the Hostile Infrastructure's for Cerebral Static for the Whizzard matchup.

I originally ran the same archetype out of Gagarin, but the agendas are so hard to score, among other problems. Saw CodeMarvelous's version and switched and haven't looked back. The draw is just too good after clicking for draw in Gagarin. Also 20 influence.
