I'm at 15 influence now but I only have 48 cards, so one slot is open. I'm probably short on ice - should I drop the IT Departments for more ice? I could also cut Daily Business Show, Lotus and Tollbooth for another Caprice.
I'm a casual player but I'm attending a store championship this weekend. I know HB Glacier probably isn't tier 1 right now - it seems like NBN fast advance, Jinteki RP, and Weyland Blue Sun hold that distinction from what I've read - but I enjoy playing HB the most. I'd love some advice from HB experts.

hmm yeah your short on ice plenty, i think 3x eve and 3x adonis is overkill, particularly as you will need a server to protect them otherwise they are as good as trashed.
3x adonis, 2x mmc, 3x hedge, 2x glc is a good spread and you can add in a few extra burst econs as you like to buffer this basic framework. If you think about the likely plays, the runners runs - you rez and go down to a small amount of credits, how do you get back your board state? What happens when they siphon? Half of this is playing your cards right and at the right time, the other half is having the right cards to begin with. Your almost there, domestic sleepers + archer is strong as hell, you have a good amount of tax on the go with your current ICE choices, although eli as your only barrier will hurt.
