Clickthrough 1.7

This glacier deck is built around bioroid ice. It has a couple plays that could take out a runner, but all the brain dmg is meant to make them timid enough not to run. Against some runners, it has proven pretty solid. Against others, it's swiss cheese. I'm keen to get a better sense of how to keep the economy working well - it's mostly burst econ with a little drip.
