This deck is all about getting 2+ counters on your Project Atlas to set up some really nasty combos: Midseasons + Scorched, Midseasons + Psychographics, and two different variants of AstroTrain shenanigans. (Hence the single copies of both Biotic and SanSan, to fit the situation at hand.) Plus the more counters you get on your Atlases, the more combos you can set up through the use of Jackson Howard. And with Mark Yale + agendas, you'll be swimming in dough for your combos.
