My Guess: Keep the Corp drawing the same old cards over and over again. So the Corp has to use up its clicks drawing cards, not installing or advancing or anything else. With the use of Doppelgänger and two reconstructors, 4 cards go on top of RD, wich leaves the Runner with 3 remaining clicks. |

Unfortunately, the Record Reconstructors don't stack (think multiple Bank Jobs), however even with no stacking, with a Doppelgänger you can place 4 cards on top leaving you with a single click left over. Essentially you freeze the Corp and you get a free click to begin clearing R&D ice and running with Mediums. |
