You're not trying to kill the runner, but it's an acceptable side effect.
Bladderwort
While it's mostly just a weird Pad Campaign, Bladderwort does a lot of lifting in the early game to destabilize the runner. It's not very difficult to meet the damage condition in the early turns, which puts a lot of pressure on the runner to trash it. Protecting it with cheap ice is perfectly acceptable and gives you extra credits to start IAAing random cards.
Vladisibirsk City Grid
You can IAA this and bluff an Urtica Cipher (even better if behind Vasilisa), then score out on the following turn. However if the runner insists on checking everything, you can load up an Urtica Cipher first and pop this in the same server. This limits their options to Light the Fire or Pinhole Threading before you overinstall the Urtica and score out the next turn. Prioritize using this to score Remastered Edition to pave the way for your last points.

Funhouse is really only for placing on R&D to force the runner into tag-me if they give up on checking remotes and focus centrals. Remind them that 5+ point Beales exist.
An unadvanced Chekist Scion can land 2 tags with the ID ability, which is enough to Psychographics out a 3/2, but the runner should respect this and clear those. If they hit an IAA Scion though, four tags is a lot harder to manage and that might just force them into tag-me immediately.
Mavirus
This is a nod to the existence of Clot. Could be a third Engram instead.
