This was my best impression of a deck that could sometimes beat Andy. The goal is to use the ability and your defensive agenda suite to stay alive early, and then stack Caprice + Border Control + Nisei counters as high as you can manage. Beat DLR Maxx, Val, and another deck in swiss, lost to Andy in top 8.
