Much the same as @CodeMarvelous' Temple of Eternity build, the NEH 54-card Mumba/Museum shell is a highly versatile foundation. I went 4-0 on the day including two Whizzard and one Valencia deck packing Scrubber. Even with the discount, the tempo loss of trashing so many tempting targets eventually costs so much board development that they don't get as much chance to actually go agenda hunting. So many all-stars on this list need no introduction, but maybe my favorite is the humble Shannon Claire. She's no Jackson, but she lets you ditch an inconvenient agenda from HQ if need be, and defends against big digs by tutoring a Vanity Project to the bottom of the deck.
It's tempting to use Museum every turn but you really don't have to, especially if you've gone to the trouble of using Shannon Claire. It's really there to discourage the runner--once they spent a pile of credits to trash things that get shuffled back in, they tend to give up on trying to stay ahead of your assets. And if they trash the Museum itself, not actually a big loss.
