The Blue Sun deck that I have been playing since it came out. There has different versions over time. This is the latest version and it is strongest. Vegan with Punitive, tag punishment and Snatch and Grab for resource management. Dedication Ceremony has made advanceable ICE more taxing for the runner, also has made the Renovation agendas more priceless. Public Support gives an alternate winning condition. Money is problem with this deck.

I don't think "vegan" means what you think it means.
Anyhow, I don't like Global Food in a deck that has a win condition with Punitive, because it's only worth 2 points to the runner, so it's only worth 2 meat damage to Punitive.
You only have 3 ICE that Dedication works on, since it's worthless Dedicating Orion. Dedicating Hollywood and Oaktown is nice, meaning you can score it out in fewer clicks and credits, but you also don't get the benefit of advancing the public agendas with Dedication. I'm not saying that this is terrible, but it's something to consider and ask if it's worthwhile to include 3 copies of Dedication.
Also, I guess I'm not seeing much point in the Closed Accounts, since I don't see good runners ever ending their turn with a tag. You have 2 cards total that can tag, and not running last click saves them from even ending a turn with a tag vs Hunter; Data Raven they can simply jack out after the encounter. I guess Snatch and Grab might also tag the runner, but as a runner I'm almost always just going to let you trash a resource, especially vs Weyland.
