Stellar Ice Blue Sun

My thoughts on a stellar ice themed deck. It is true this deck is heavily tilted toward the theme of stellar ICE at the expense of some power. It can be a fun deck to mess around with though. It also includes a basic punitive strike package to keep the runner honest. It is also missing Jackson as I don't have that card. The daily business show and the punitives are there to try and compensate as much as possible.

Any thoughts on meddling around with it a bit are welcome.
