I've been trying Apex and finally came up with a solution to his money problems: Account Siphon. Influence is tight with 3 of these, but they totally worth it. Mimic is for that Architect Highlander bastard, Faust helps breaking things that aren't end the run. No Wasteland in this list because you go tag-me and no Ghost Runners because there is no Wasteland. Crescentus is for derezzing the Architect Bastard just before you Apocalypse. Keep an Endless Hunger and the Medium in your grip to install them after Apocalypse.
Eat their credits. Prey their ice. Destroy all they have. Medium out their plans.
I think this Apex build really nailed it. It keeps winning in OCTGN.
EDIT: The list has the following changes right now: -1 Infiltration - 1 Plascrete +2 Brain Cage

Thanks for the feedback! The thing with e3 is that influence can get just 1 (removing a mimic and the crescent) and that's not very consistent. If mimic takes a lot to come, architect and others sentrys are very taxing. Infiltration is just filling up to 45 cards, because Apex doesn't have that many things to fill the deck without influence, it can be good to snipe and installed agenda or to just win 2 creds. Or check the ice they have in HQ for siphon. |

You also need to keep a dyson in hand right? other you can't install medium + hunger after apocalypse |

You know what? Some times I'm having a hard time over drawing cards. Maybe -1 Plascrete -1 Infiltration +2 Brain Cage could be nice |

also I would think about Q-Chip, it's a bad card but you can mitigate the problem by trashing it (and any over memory program) using endless hunger and heartbeat, at the worse it's a 0 cost fodder, seems to me like 3 plascrete is overkill esp. if you play brain cage (+3 hand size alrdy) |

Now I'm testing this list but with -1 Plascrete -1 Infiltration +2 Unninstall. I found unninstall very good after apocalypse |

Uninstall says:
The D&D rulebook says:
When the cards are turned face down they would lose the type of program or hardware and no longer be a valid target. The deck sounds fun though. I'm still trying to crack the Apex puzzle myself |

Account Siphon seems perfect and thematic for Apex and fits well in this deck; the turn after an Extinction Level Event seems like the perfect time for it, to leave the card with nothing and no money. Siphon and then Medium!
However, I think with both Faust and Endless Hunger in here that e3 Feedback Implants is such a good fit. It's going to save you endless cards, which I can really see you burning your way through quickly.
(Also, is there a particular reason you've gone for Infiltration?)
