This is the second iteration of Cold is the Void. The first one used six 3-point agendas and one NAPD Contract along with Old Hollywood Grid, but 3-pointers proved much more difficult to score than 2-pointers and Old Hollywood Grid's usefulness is negated by the currently popular Film Critic.
This version aims to artificially lower agenda density using Government Takeover and Shannon Claire. Three copies of Executive Boot Camp means that only one copy of Shannon Claire is needed, in addition to providing protection against anti-rez effects and just being a cheap tutor for assets.
This deck defends against the Data Leak Reversal archetype quite well: Crisium Grid defends against credit denial, Executive Boot Camp defends against Blackmail, and Corporate Town ignores Fall Guy and Wireless Net Pavilion. An asset-based economy also recovers more easily from credit denial. No tag punishment is needed; the implied threat of Weyland sees useless Plascrete Carapaces installed all the time.
If anything I would like to squeeze in more copies of Interns somehow. Recovering trashed Tour Guides and assets is good.
