Market Forces is the Rashest Decision

Middle of the pack in 2 recent regionals. Essentially @yeoda's Atlanta CtM with a single substitution (Market Forces instead of Closed Accounts), which mattered in exactly one game only. Malia was the least useful card in the deck, although it did let me HHN one runner by blanking their Liberated right after they installed it and making them poor. In most games I wished she was a Marilyn.
