Kelfecil 1806
1st place undefeated on the 2nd day Cache Refresh event of the Tabletop Kingdom Regionals event.

Pretty much a staple build. Took C&C as my deluxe and went nuts. Could use a SoT for the Levy, but that's pretty much it. Went fast and nice against all sorts of decks (Argus, HB, Seidr, Making News).
Note: I tested the deck for about 10 games on jinteki.net the week before the event.
