Notice how all the influence is yellow, this is probably a good omen. For real though, even though you have all of the econ agendas - I think that there is too much bad pub and you went too literally on the all one pointers. Using a few NAPDs to give yourself some cardslots is probably going to be necessary as unless you are lucky enough to start with a hedge... you're going to be clicking for credits to be able to score out your first 3/1 (which hopefully is an econ 3/1), just so you can start to score out other 3/1s.
I like having grndl in here because I think after e/1 sees all the one pointers they aren't going to think there is anything else and esp after seeing a ghost branch, odds are if you install and advance it - they won't run it, giving you a shot to advance it on a second turn and make bank. I love that card though so ... it could just be me, but it is a one sided gamble card imo. It is best played when with the limited information you have and think the runner can't make it. It then either forces the runner to 'waste' one of his surprise power cards or nets you a large boon, and at worst it is trash fodder (which isn't really that bad). So a one of grndl could be really clutch in getting a sea off, which in all likelihood will be how you win.
Snare! I don't think has much place in this deck. If it was an upgrade - I would change my mind, but every run the runner is looking at as half a snare! as it is, so running and getting a full snare! ... not sure how useful that would be when compared to having econ and sea to go with your scorch.
Something else I'd consider is wormhole for you data raven. I'd also like to mention that if you don't think you can win a sea trace, why is there a data raven?
I would consider this:
Agenda (18) 1x Chronos Project
3x False Lead
3x Gila Hands Arcology
3x Hostile Takeover
2x NAPD Contract
2x Posted Bounty
2x Profiteering
2x Veterans Program
Asset (6)
3x Ghost Branch •••
1x GRNDL Refinery
2x Marked Accounts ••
Operation (8)
3x Hedge Fund
3x Scorched Earth
2x SEA Source ••••
Sentry (6)
2x Archer
2x Data Raven ••••
2x Errand Boy
