There are a few things i probably would consider. Fast advancing with traps is not very reliable. Furthermore a simple RnD-Lock will kill you with ease and because you have got very few ice stopping the runner you might have a hard time protecting RnD.

Besides that only four of your nine agendas are easy ToL-targets or you need to advance four times to utilize plan-B, but this way you can't put an RSVP in front of an NAPD anymore.

The biggest problem i see with this deck is economy though. With only three hedge funds and tow MHCs you might have a hard time even playing many of your shenanigans.

i would probably remove one or two plan-B and go for some more economy (e.g. fundraiser, because you don't seem to care too much about your opponents economy). I would also strongly consider putting in jackson howard, because he could help you drawing into your tricks, can bring them back if needed or even clear a hand full of agendas. (which might be needed, because the only central-server punishiment you have are the Fetals and one shi.kyu and maybe caprice as an unreliable guardian, because you probably wont see her in every game and you might not have the money to even utilize her more than once in the first place).

If you put in jackson you could also easily get rid of precog imo.
