Haarpsicord Shutdown Boom

This is pretty much a carbon copy of d1en's world's deck, the main difference being the ID. Being Haarpsichord instead of NEH makes you slightly more resilient to multiaccess and effectively makes you immune to Hades Shard. Of course, this comes at the cost of 2 inf, some speed in drawing the combo from the NEH ability and the Runner having a bit more info on your strategy, as NEH has more options than Haarpsichord. Not going to insist it's a worthwhile switch, but I don't think it's terrible either.
