Anti-ish-freeze v2.0

New goal, rush them down and score. Was torn between Magnum Opus or Kati Jones, so I added Armitage and a bank Job and R&D interface instead.

Reason: I felt like adding the possibility of an R&D lock instead of HQ lock. Kati Jones is really good, though I didn't like how slow she was to properly pay out, which is why I turned to Magnum, though due to MU problems and install cost, and due to the influence needed for R&D interface, Armitage could be the best solution.

EDIT: instead of replacing both Kati Jones, I placed one and never took Bank Job
