[Startup] Modernism Without Rehearsal 0-3-0 @ Startup CO

I think this deck's issue is that the ICE suite is too expensive. I can hardly rez 2-3 in most games and feel hamstrung.

It taught me to go for the kill combo when Spire is ripped from the top of R&D on a multi-access run, though. Had Punitive in hand, runner stole Spire. Chose to recur Tucana with Angelique in the bin as well. Runner then stole Eminent Domain on second access and finished the turn with 4 cards in hand. Shoulda been flatlined then, but went on to win the game.
