New Construction could (should?) be Oaktown Renovation, but where is the fun in that? Potentially installing a CBG and PAD with it (and rezzing them with Mumba) nets 3c anyway, and tons more if the runner doesn't trash them. No real need to over-advance...save Dedication Ceremony for Hadrian's or Ice Wall typically.

Daily Business Show wins games as you filter your draws. 5c to trash will make even the richest runners cringe. HQ gets kind of agenda-dense when you install 1-2 assets each turn.

Who needs Hedge Fund when you can pop a Diversified Portfolio for 7c? Heck, who needs Diversified when you are getting over 4c a turn in drip econ?

Ice: Tax the shit out of the runner so they can't pay 5c to steal that NAPD.
