Modified Quinns' for Breaker Bay v1.1

So as the name suggests, this deck is an updated and meta-balanced version of Quinns' awesome Gagarin deck. Use the asset economy and Gagarin tax to make a Scorch window or advance your way to victory using Ash and the double tax from Gagarin for that run. Breaker Bay + Private Contracts is a minimum 6 credit swing, and probably doesn't need defending, and Breaker Bay + The Root you can usually get away with just 1 ice. I went with more Private Contracts over Root as the latter is pretty unusable without the Grid. RSVP never did as much as the synergy suggests it would with Gagarin, and IMO Lab Dog is a better use of the influence than even Lotus Field. Suggestions welcome.
