Sorry forgot to add a suggestion, Red Tape would be a wonderful piece of ICE to add as a 2 of. Once you have your diamond up throw this on top it and and watch them cry.

I love the idea of Red Tape, it and TLDR are very fun pieces of ICE. But I don't think it works here, as you want Diamond as your outer piece of ICE, so running any server, threatens being Aginfusioned into having to encouter it.
