HB: Brainfreeze

Idea is to use Biotic to FA the Mandatory Upgrades and let it just spiral out of control (in a good way). Could switch some the Sentinels for Gila to have the potential for more Agendas scored out of hand.

I play this deck with the additional tactic of trying to "surprise" the runner with nasty ice when they don't expect it hit them for brain damage and threaten additional net damage once the Sentinels start to get scored.
