Information Overload seems great on paper as a 3x until you realize the following: 1. It costs 6 to rez, which is expensive in a deck with not much econ. 2. The trace for it with Making News is essentially 3, without... that's a lot of pumping. 3. You need tags on the Runner for it to do anything.
That being said, I'd suggest dropping to one and putting in 2 Data Ravens as well. Data Raven is my favorite ICE in the game for its ability to stop the Runner while eventually giving tagging potential.
