My corp that went 8-1 at the regional event in St. Louis. Finished 5th in Swiss and 3rd overall.

Round 3: W vs. Prepaid Kate (flatline, Snare into SE)
Round 4: W vs. Whizzard (Scoring)
Round 5: W vs. Andromeda (Scoring)
Round 6: W vs. Prepaid Kate (Snare into SE)
Finals W vs. Maxx (flatline, Snare)
Finals W vs. Prepaid Kate (flatline, Breaking News into TA/SE)
Loser's Bracket Finals Loss vs. Prepaid Kate (w/ Clot and Plascrete installed)
A fairly standard Butchershop. The only major change I made was dropping a single copy of Scorched Earth for two copies of Snare. Most Butchershop games reach a point where the runner needs to run fast and loose to outpace the FA or to win before getting killed post-Midseason. Snare gives the deck the teeth it needs when the game reaches this point.
With NEH/DBS/Jackson, you can be pretty calculating with where you want to setup the Snare kill. Use them to punish remote-checking (often runners will get worried about a Breaking News sitting out), punish R&D digging, bluff them as agendas behind remote ice, or use them to protect SanSan (also can look like an agenda bluff). Snare was the MVP on the day either leading directly to most of my flatlines or providing just enough tempo loss to gain advantage.
Post-tournament changes: Drop the Tollbooth for something cheaper. I only rezzed it once all day and it was in futility in my final game loss.
The Pups were decent but they're probably better as Eli or Rototurrets.
Maybe lose the Pop-Ups for more cheap ETR ice.

I've found cutting Popup for more ETR ice or Restructure helps immensely. Once they realize you are playing Butcher they stop running anyway. Surprised by the lack of Data Raven. |
This deck is atrociously hard to beat. I'm not surprised at your record. Nicely done.
