Mti-Border Control is still good. 1st Winnipeg Store Champs

This deck went undefeated (5-0) at the Winnipeg NISEI store championship hosted by Amuse N Games. Matches were Apex, Kabonessa Wu, 419 in swiss (ID round 4 to top 4 cut). 419 and Freedom in the cut. Credit to skry and kysra for the design. My only change was to drop two Marcus Batty in favour of Letheia Nisei since the ICE suite runs a limited number of ETR subs.
