After some testing I'm coming to like this iteration of the Stealth Baba Yaga deck. The trick is, it can function without the stealthy components!
Basically, you try getting Baba Yaga out fast and then host all of the programs on it.
Dagger gives it +5 strength
Sharpshooter does +2 strength for 1 credit
Yog and Faerie break for 0
Inti breaks for 1 (Breach or Morning Star woulda been cool but influence is tight and those are expensive)
Additionally, Net Mercur and Mirror help to fuel a Smokey cycle of stealth credits!
Sacrificial Construct is in here because if you lose Baba Yaga with everything on it... you're screwed.
The negatives are setup time and the inability to deal with Turing on a remote, but honestly, I've been seeing that card less and less (still a bit sad when you see it).
Enjoy!

After further testing, I've made these corrections:
-Film Critic, -1 Net Mercur, +1 Test Run, +1 Scavenge.
The reasons for this are A.) have another tutor for the Yaga via Test Run, B.) have a means of getting something back from the dead via Test Run, and C.) in the event that you must apply pressure to the corp before having access to Yaga, simply install whichever breaker is on hand, then you can scavenge it back onto Yaga later on. Let me know what you think!
