A retooling of "An Exiled Mind," continuing the cycle of revisions. :)
Without Street Chess, it's hard to take advantage of Exile's ability fully. Instead, I wondered how it might go to base it off of Chaos Theory's +1 MU and smaller deck.
Your main breaker is Overmind, with Knights sitting on the bigger ICE and Femme Fatales for the truly scary ICE. e3 Feedback Implants makes all three breakers incredibly efficient. Your first SMC or Test Run will likely fetch an Overmind if you didn't draw one.
Scavenge resets Overminds and re-targets Femmes (or cheats Test Run-ed ones), and while you'll go for an R&D Lock in most cases, the Nerve Agent helps against Cerebral Imaging decks.
