Noise Control

First go around with Noise. Idea is to have plenty of viruses to install to trigger his ability. Forged Activation Orders and Cyber Threat to force rezzes for my Parasite and weaken Corp Econ or suffer the trash or rezzless run. Main question is if this is viable? Suggestions always welcome.
