This is the deck I have put together for playing the Terminal Directive Campaign from the Runner perspective using only cards from the Core Set, the Genesis Cycle and Terminal Directive.
The basic premise for play is simple, get your breakers out and installed on Dhegdheer's so they don't cost you MU, same goes for Magnum Opus. Ubax or LLDS Memory Diamonds for extra MU for the Datasuckers. This will give Savant a base strength of around 5 or 6. Datasucker tokens used to lower ice so Savant can break.
Special Order and Test Run used to get you the programs you need. Once you have things set up, Deep Data Mine R&D to access 5 cards at a time, hopefully netting you an agenda or two. Notoriety to gain agenda points when you don't steal.
Biometric Spoofing to protect from damage and New Angeles City Hall to avoid tags.

Yeah that sounds about right but I really don't make....optimal decks, or anything remotely competitive. The All-Nighters are in there to get you the extra clicks you'll need for when you have stolen 4 agenda points. You just pop them, make three runs on R&D, Archives and HQ and then play three Notoriety to win. |
Just an FYI, runner decks typically try to be 45 cards for optimal consistency. I would try to get down to 42 cards + the campaign cards. I would cut the Notorietys and All-nighters and add Medium and maybe another Magnum Opus
