New version of the Hayley deck I took to third place in a recent tournament. Experimenting with dropping Diesel for Procon, though would like to fit in a third, and dropping Grimoire for Clot.

Yeah I've been really enjoying playing it. That is a good shout on the Levy. Could drop the Same Old Thing and Levy for a ProCon to take me to 45 cards. It's very much a toolbox deck with an answer for everything. |

Toolbox indeed. The -1 Levy, -1 SoT for +1 ProCon would be huge for this build. I've got a bit of a crazy, off-the-wall, janky Hayley in the works. My fiance asked me to build her a Hayley, and while far from perfect, it is a heck of a lot of fun to play and make the Corp go "Huh? That isn't what I expected." So win or lose, I'm still smiling. :) If my Hayley build turns out to be a complete dud though, I would definitely switch over to your build, or something very similar! |

I'd be interested to see that build, always looking for inspiration. I really like Peddler as you can fire it in the corps turn for double hayley install action. Lessons I've learnt piloting this: Don't recur cache unless you have all the other bits ready to go. Lost a game because I burned a clone chip or two doing that for money. Don't be afraid of losing stuff to Peddler, it doesn't matter and you are really rich. Film critic can easily be sold to aesop's when you get to the end of the game. Keep an eye on how you casts is ticking so you can optimally sell it to aesops. |

Given Levy and Same Old Thing, is Deus X that important of an inclusion? PE is on the rise, but the former cards should help in PE matchup and let you drop DX for a 3rd Pro-co. Also, I find Indexing over RDI to be a curious choice given's it not Haley installable as well as vulnerable to being lost to peddler (although 3 events on peddler isn't a high chance). Were you finding RDI just too expensive? Given their unique, and not essential in all matchups, perhaps dropping 1 Kati and 1 Film Critic for 2 diesels (or quality times)? These would help you find the pro-co and aesops which are critical. Just some thoughts. |

I'm strongly considering dropping the Levy and the Same Old Thing for a ProCon. I think Deus Ex is still relevant in the current meta being able to crack open AP ice or avoid the occasional snare can really help with tempo. Indexing has done a lot of good work for me but you do need to be careful when you use it. It can be neutralised by a Jackson firing. Again it's useful against net damage decks and also just for getting a good look at the corps gameplan, even if you don't see an agenda. I think people don't expect it as much which gives it strength at the moment. In my current meta I'm seeing a lot of Supermodernism and keeping up the long term economic game with them is essential. I wouldn't drop a second Kati for that reason and I just don't know about Film Critic. I think it neuters a lot, including midesasons, so I'll have to play more to see. Thanks for the feedback. |
Unless the Levy is an absolute must-have in here, then maybe take that out for the 3rd ProCon. I like this deck, no doubt...seems to have a nice flow to it. :)
