This is the latest iteration of the deck I've been working on for competitive play for the last few months. I managed to pilot it to first place at a small 20 person ANRPC tourney at Games of Berkeley in the South West Circuit. It's record was 4-1 in swiss, losing to Leela (an admittedly bad matchup for this build). This version is only slightly tweaked from the last. It was paired with my recently crafted Whizzard deck, Faust Joust.
Keep hands with ice and economy. Don't worry about seeing SEA Scorch in your starting hand, but it doesn't hurt. Start preparing a remote, and try to rush out Oaktowns while you do so. Other agendas can wait to be scored until you're more sure you have a scoring window.
If they are too aggressive, you'll often be able to Scorch them before they can get enough points to win. If they back off, you should be able to Atlas train a win in just a few turns. If you can't find Atlas, Oaktown and High Risk Investment will also do just fine and Posted Bounty can win you the game singlehandedly with double Scorch. All three have won me games.
I have found this deck's economy to be just enough. The ice is cheap enough that you are rarely hurting for cash, and SEA Scorch opportunities usually open through the Runner repeatedly trashing Assets.
Because you have essentially 3 different entirely viable paths to victory, neither Clot nor Plascrete are a major concern. Clot in particular will barely slow you down, and Plascrete will simply make you redirect. The worst is playing against Anarchs and not knowing if they have I've Had Worse in hand, so make sure to check their heap!

A shame, since Posted Bounty kills are very fun. It's just annoying to draw if you don't have Scorch or they've got Plascrete. I was not happy to see it go, but I really like High Risk a lot, so having an additional copy is great.
I put in my last write up that this card would be the first to go, and it was. It totally cleans up when it's useful, but the majority of time it is drawn it gets pitched.
Though agenda flood is the most dreaded disaster of Netrunner, in a rush build the opposite problem, agenda drought, can be just as bad. You can have a scoring window as wide as a really wide thing, but if you have no agendas to score, it'll melt into bitter sorrow and pain. And then, the window will close, and they have all their breakers, and now, of course now, you draw 3 Atlases in a row.
Fast track solves that problem. It's only one copy, but it's enough to kick start the Atlas train if it hasn't arrived at the station on time. It can also help with R&D lock.
Already had 2. Added a third, mainly because it's basically never bad to draw. Not much to say.

Power Shutdown takes some practice to use effectively. It's not useful in every matchup, but it does a lot of work. Against Shapers, you can trash SMCs and Clone Chips at little or no risk, making it harder for them to find breakers an easier for you to rush agendas. Against Criminals, it can trash their breakers, especially Faerie, Passport, and Corroder, which is very painful since they often don't pack recursion. I recently played a game where after shutting down the first Corroder and Rotoing the second, they were forced to use Crypsis to break Wraparound for the rest of the game. |

Really great deck!! Finally find a good desk for Wayland. Just wonder if you had considered to put Geothermal Fracking into your deck? It is also very quick agenda? Keep up great work |
I really like Firmware Updates in this deck, because it's basically a good Ice Wall pusher or 12 creds with Mark Yale.
I also use +2 Chum -1 Rototurret -1 Wraparound for strengthen an Archer.
How often do you use Power Shutdown? I can never utilize it.
But this is the best corp archetype I've played for a long time, which brought the fun playing corp back to me. Kudos for that. (sorry for my bad english)
