The regionals was 6 rounds of swiss, then played runner 3(?) times in eliminations. Last allowed data pack was Breaker Bay (so no Net-Ready Eyes yet). My choice for corp was a quite standard RP deck. Both did quite well with Valencia dropping a bit more games, notably both losses in the elimination rounds (both vs NEH Butchershop - though still against 2 different decks).
The deck is derived from Good Stuff Val by @strundle. Check that out for info on how the deck plays. I'll explain some of my changes and possible future changes here as well as feelings about some cards.
I added 1 x MemStrips because in testing I sometimes needed more memory in late game. During the tournament I installed it maybe 1-2 times only, so I'm not really sure it was needed much. I also added a Plascrete (which pretty much directly won 1 game, and not seeing it lost me at least 1 game vs NEH ButcherShop), could see going with 2, maybe cutting Inject or IHW. IHW kind of sucks vs Traffic Accident probing after a Midseason. Also added a single Queens Gambit for more econ vs RP/NEH, it worked out ok, but really only got to use it in maybe 2 games - could swap it for some other econ/draw option. A 3rd Kati Jones might be an option as in the games where she arrived late I always had issues with money.
Atman/Knight is required for Lotus Field, but I see NRE replacing Atman easily, maybe cutting a Clone Chip for another copy..Knight might stay as it's really good after finding Desperado.
Scrubber did a lot of work in the matchups it's there for. Thrashing Marked Accounts for a profit of 1c was nice. Wyldside/Adjusted Chronotype is great, I much prefer it to slotting in a bunch of Earthrise and other draw in Valencia. :)
Oh yeah, one more thing: do not remove Clot. It straight up wins games vs Fast Advance when you have a Clone Chip ready and Clot in heap. Just need to make sure there's no Blacklist on the table!
