This is a deck built around taking all the bad publicity from ice like Shinobi and Grim and from the agendas and use taxing ice like Viper (very underrated and underused in my opinion but hey, I'm a newbie, maybe I'm wrong) and Caduceus to take away the benefit of bad publicity from the runner.

Edit: Considering fitting in Posted Bounty as another way to tag the runner and Hive.

You will find out that tracing ice is awful with bad pub. You don't want tracing ice in weyland, particularly GRNDL, unless you can consistently remove bad pub. Bad pub acts just like link, unless you have more ice on top of the trace ice. I recommend going with binary ice and breaker trashing like Power Shutdown and grim+archer.

Ireress in effect cancels all the bad publicity in the servers they are in so it looks good on paper. But Yog.0 laughs at it so I didn't use it.

@x3r0h0ur How's this: Add 2x Aggressive Secretary, 2x Ghost Branch, 3x Witness Tampering, and 3x Wall of Static. Remove 3x Oversight AI, 3x Viper, 3x Caduceus and 1x Shinobi.
