RegMaxx, basically Dan's list from here: http://forum.stimhack.com/t/going-against-the-grain-reg-ass-maxx/3046/574
Went 5-1 Swiss, 1-2 in Elims (one super close loss to HB hybrid deck, two losses to Blue Sun glacier).
I added 1 Human First because it worked really well in SSCI and helps feed Medium runs, especially when a Corp goes low. If I get it out in the first four or five turns I'll make ~7 credits at least over the game, which is good in a poor Maxx deck. I likely won't take it out, it's my calling card now. Whatevs.
The Wanton was because I feared Butcher Shop or Punitive decks. It saved me one game against a Government Takeover/Punitive deck.
Regarding Blacklist lockout, there is one specific circumstance it can happen, namely Lotus Field. I think other circumstances are overblown (yes, even Susanoo).
I think 3x Deja Vu is a huge improvement to get NRE back.
Faced: 1) Genomics lockout: Timed win. I think he just dumped every agenda in archives once I was up 5-0, then Caprice'd archives.
2) Gagarin Government takeover. Win
3) HB EtF. Not sure what variety, I imped every econ card. He had a bad draw. Win.
4) HB Hybrid EtF. Eventual champ, was really close on my side. Just needed a Corroder in the last 4 turns. Maxx gonna Maxx.
5) RP: Bad draw for him, I imped a lot of econ and killed Ashigaru to win through Mediums.
6) Butcher Shop: Saved IHW, won out through Medium.
Elim 1) He forgot to rez a Blacklist :( that let me get out a Yog to eventually Medium win.
Elim 2) Another Blue Sun glacier, but this time I stupidly don't dismantle the remote and lose out. Had tunnel vision to look for Medium digs.
Elim 4) Milled every econ save two, lost Kati to Snatch & Grab, milled two SOTs, lost Levy to NRE damage (had four cards, he trashes last Deja Vu and the Levy, the other two cards included IHW :( )
All in all a solid deck.

The best part is you don't even need to put NRE on Yog. If they waste 5 rezzing a Lotus Field, well guess what? It's free forever. It was most of the time used on Mimic or Corroder, I'd say, unless they had a Lotus Field rezzed or once to deal with Crick on Archives. |

Did you face people with Power Shutdown in their deck? And if so, did it cause trouble? Love the Human First include! |

No, I didn't. I expect it'd be an issue should people start playing it. It's only a huge issue if they play both Shutdown and Lotus Field, which maybe in Blue Sun. |

I've gone to 3 Deja Vu in my list, maybe that'll help for recurring the NRE after PS also... People start playing Progenitor, but that's just wonky as hell... Oh, and I've tried Human First last night, and it's hilarious. Fantastic card, gonna put it in all my Anarch decks from now on. :D |
It's such a relief to see god-awful Zu.13 out of the deck.
